Production is carried out using Rieter brand spinning machines, with general control over material flow at all points monitored and controlled via the SPIDER web Windows-based data system tracking, aided by the relevant hardware.
The facility equipped with Rieter brand spinning machines produces 50 tons/day of combed yarn in the range of Ne 4/1 to Ne 100/1 with a capacity of 125,000 spindles, in both colored and raw yarns.
The facility equipped with Rieter brand spinning machines produces 20 tons/day of combed yarn in the range of Ne 4/1 to Ne 100/1, in colored and raw blends.
At our facility, we produce 6 tons/day of twisted yarn in the range of Ne 8/2 to Ne 80/2, in colored and raw blends.
The facility equipped with Muratec brand vortex spinning machines produces 3.5 tons/day of vortex yarn in the range of Ne 16/1 to Ne 60/1.
Vortex yarn production can be carried out in viscose, polyester, modal, tencel, and blends.
With 100 standard-equipped Pilotelli, Mayer, Monarch, Terrot, and Pai Lung circular knitting machines, 45 tons of raw fabric are produced daily. After undergoing quality control, the entire production is shipped daily to the dyeing and printing facilities for additional processing.
The facility, equipped with Thies and MCS brand HT dyeing machines, has a capacity of 30 tons per day for dyeing all natural and synthetic fibers and their blends, ranging from 20 kg to 1400 kg. Production is carried out with the help of equipment controlled by an Orgatex-based data tracking system.
In 1992, it established a facility for dyeing and finishing fabrics, yarns, and fibers. In 2006, it upgraded its machinery park by adopting innovative and cutting-edge dyeing systems from THIES and MCS HT.
With its ability to dye all natural and synthetic fibers and their blends, it has become a preferred production center for leading brands in the industry. Chemical and paint automation enables dyeing processes to be carried out without contact with chemicals.
The facility, equipped with PB continuous dyeing, hot mercerizing, and gassing machines, has a dyeing production capacity of 10 tons per day.
The facility, equipped with fiber and yarn dyeing machines, produces 10 tons of yarn dye per day and 7 tons of fiber dye per day. Fiber dye production is carried out for the production of colored yarn for melange yarn.
Rotary printing machines are used in our facilities to produce 15 tons of printed material per day. Using the Storch rotary laser template machine, we create our own templates and apply them to the fabric using our in-house laser template.
Digital printing machines produce 12,000 m/day. We create our own designs, color and pattern work, digital and rotation adaptation.
