Energy Efficiency

Sustainable Production:

As Gülle Integrated Textile, we use modern machinery and automation systems in our factory to minimize energy consumption and support our sustainable production goals. We have switched to LED lighting with a zero-fluorescent policy across all areas, and thanks to energy recovery systems and high-efficiency machines, we have significantly reduced electricity consumption in our production processes.

High-Efficiency Systems:

By continuously analyzing air leaks and machine components in production, we implement modifications compatible with current machine productions within the scope of comparative projects against conventional systems. In this way, we ensure maximum energy efficiency in our yarn production processes.

Continuous Improvement:

In addition, we optimized our energy consumption by replacing old-type axial fans in our air conditioning and fan systems with lighter and more aerodynamic designs. By prioritizing energy savings at every step, we carry out a production process that is both environmentally friendly and efficient.

Responsible Water Consumption

As a yarn factory, we do not have a wet process; our water usage is limited to domestic needs only, and well water is used. All wastewater is directed to recycling processes via discharge methods. Our monthly water consumption is regularly monitored to prevent unnecessary usage. This approach contributes to the conservation of water resources and minimizes environmental impact.

Chemical Traceability and Transparency

No chemicals are used in any of the yarn production processes. Only chemicals necessary for the maintenance of yarn machines are used, and all chemicals used in the processes are recorded and continuously monitored. This ensures both the health of our employees is protected and our customers are guaranteed that our products are safe and sustainable.

Social Responsibility

The well-being and development of our employees is one of Gülle Entegre Tekstil’s priorities. By implementing all policies within the scope of the International Labor Organization (ILO) standards, we contribute to the sustainable development of both our employees and society through training programs, a safe working environment, and ethical working principles.

Use of Renewable Energy

At our yarn factory, we aim to meet our electricity and heat energy needs from renewable sources such as solar and wind power. This allows us to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and strengthen our environmentally friendly production approach.
