We aim to contribute to our country's economy and our sector with our qualified workforce, scientific and technical activities. We aim to be the leader and pioneer in our sector with a sustainable production approach, and to contribute to the rise of our country's R&D level by collaborating in the fields of science and industry.

At our R&D center, we create job opportunities for candidates who have completed their master's program, continue their graduate and doctorate programs, and are graduates of fundamental sciences. We carry out product development, production and industrial commercialization activities in-house.

We support innovative national and international projects in the industry, and contribute to qualified studies by collaborating with competent academicians and universities.

ISO 14046 WATER FOOTPRINT VERIFICATION:

The concept of water footprint refers to the amount of clean water that enterprises consume throughout the entire life cycle of their products, services and processes. Water management requires a consistent assessment method. ISO 14046 is the water footprint standard that will validate water footprint results. With the water footprint study, it is aimed to accurately measure the amount of clean water used in the product production processes of the dyeing plant factory, including evaporation. ISO 14046 Water Footprint Standard is an international standard.

ISO 50001

ISO 50001: It is the international energy management system standard published by the International Standards Organization, named with the ISO 50001 coding, published for the first time in 2011 and updated in 2018. ISO 50001:2018 Certificate / Energy Management System standard covers all types of energy. The purpose of the Energy Management System standard is to ensure that organizations create, implement and maintain the processes and systems necessary to increase energy efficiency. The standard encourages all organizations for good energy management practices and ensures that costs are reduced and environmental consciousness is documented with good energy management.

ZDHC GATEWAY

The ZDHC Gateway is a database of safer chemicals that has been established to help textile brands and suppliers make more ecological choices. The ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) Gateway is one of the entities created by the ZDHC Foundation, which is currently a legal entity founded in Amsterdam, to encourage and supervise the implementation of the ZDHC Program. The aim of the program is to move the entire fashion industry to zero environmentally-harmful chemical discharge. Today it has become one of the leading reference points for assessing the sustainable characteristics of a textile chemical. Our membership has been continuing since 15.11.2017.

HIGG INDEX

The Higg Index, which was developed by the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC), is a toolkit that enables brands to accurately measure and score the sustainability performance of their facilities and the product at every stage of the sustainability journey. The Higg Index provides a holistic overview that empower to make meaningful improvements that will protect the welfare of factory workers and the environment. It measures the environmental and social sustainability impacts of production facilities in the world. Since 03.04.2018, our membership continues by being renewed annually and we share our sustainability impacts with our suppliers.

GRS (GLOBAL RECYCLE STANDARD)

It is an international, voluntary product standard that determines the chain of custody, social and environmental practices, and chemical limitations, as well as third-party certification requirements of the recycled content. The Global Recycle Standard covers all products containing at least 20% recycled materials.

OCS (ORGANIC CONTENT STANDARD)

Its purpose is to provide trust in organic ingredient claims. OCS verifies the amount and presence of organic material in the end product. It allows the accredited third party certification body to transparently, consistently, comprehensively, independently assess and verify the organic material content claims in products. The current version is 3.0 now.

GOTS (GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD)

This standard covers the production, processing, packaging, labeling, trade and distribution of all textile products manufactured from at least 70% certified organic natural fibers. End products may include, without being limited to fiber products; yarn, fabric, garments, fashion textile accessories (carried or worn), textile toys, home textiles, bedding and bedding products, as well as textile personal care products. The current version is 6.0 now.

BCI (BETTER COTTON INITİATIVE)

It aims to make our future safer. It is the world's largest cotton sustainability program that supports more efficient use of water, attaches importance to soil health, protects natural life, and highlights decent work practices.

ISO 14064

Greenhouse gas emissions monitoring, reporting and verification activities have been going on since 2016, and studies are carried out to continuously improve energy efficiency. Our ISO 50001 Energy Management System certification audit has been successfully completed. Our reporting and verification studies continue in accordance with the ISO 14064 Carbon Footprint standard.

STANDART BY OEKO-TEX

STANDARD 100 is a worldwide standardized, independent testing and certification system in all stages of raw material, intermediate and finished textile production, and for accessories. Only final products that have been tested against hazardous substances can be put up for sale in the market with the STANDARD 100 label. In accordance with STANDARD 100, hazardous substance tests take into account important legal regulations, a large number of chemicals with health risks, although not yet legally regulated; as well as different parameters related to health services. It contributes to offer a reliable, manufacturer-independent product label to the end consumer for non-hazardous products tested in accordance with STANDARD 100 criteria, and in that way, it contributes to effective consumer protection against harmful substances in textile products. It provides support to companies in the textile chain with a scientifically-based criteria catalog in terms of providing human-ecological product safety they aim and impartial laboratory tests. STANDARD 100 ensures that delivery relations are facilitated and accelerated for manufacturers and retailers who want to offer product safety to their customers. In this way, legal compliance is also achieved for importers, retailers and manufacturers.
